To ensure a ready access to cooking facilities at busy times, key items of equipment are doubled up: two electric hobs, two electric ovens, two sinks, and several fridges, freezers and microwaves.
Plenty of storage space and even a kettle and toaster are provided whilst laundry facilities include a washing machine, drying racks and an outside rotary drier. A weekly cleaner is provided to clean the communal areas An outside private seating area is located behind each house where individual lockable, weatherproof bike sheds are also accessible. Car parking spaces are available at the front of each house. |
Room rent and availability
Our tenants are not on fixed term tenancies, so rooms only become available when one decides to leave. Generally, at any one time we will have a room or two coming available for occupancy.
Our competitive rents are fully inclusive of all services and utility bills including gas, electricity, water, high speed internet, Council Tax, TV licence and a weekly cleaner for the common areas.
A refundable tenancy deposit equal to one month’s rent is the only other payment required.

What are the next steps?
Having viewed a room and decided you would like to take up the offer we discussed, we email you to confirm all the details in writing, including sending a copy of the tenancy agreement.
We will then give you time to take advice or ask us further questions. If you wish to go ahead with renting, we ask for a commitment fee and some further details before starting to prepare you agreement. Once signed, this fee automatically transfers to become your refundable tenancy deposit.
